What is the Process?

 

  1.

Potential Franchisee investigates several franchisers--looks over their systems.

  2.

Decides on a city, possibly locates a store, decides to check us out further.

  3.

Fills out and submits the application.

  4.

We check out the applicant and if we decide the individual is qualified, contact via e-mail, phone, or in person.  Decision is made, franchisee wants franchise.  We narrow down which model is desired.

  5.

We give or send Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC).  Franchisee reads it over, takes it to a lawyer.

  6.

After waiting the required 10 days, the franchisee signs the Franchise Agreement and gives it to us along with the franchisee fee.

  7. Franchisee has six months to locate a store.  After locating a store, the franchisee submits the balance of the agreed upon amount to us.
  8. We order inventory, manufacture racks, assemble products for delivery to the store location.
  9. In between paying the franchise fee and opening the store, we schedule the franchisee into Granbury for a one week intensive training course.  If the franchisee previously completed the "Do it yourself course", the week in Granbury will not be required.
10. Installer arrives on the site about a week before the opening and completes the installation.  Final settlement is done upon store completion before the opening.
